All Hosted Exchange packages are a per-user one year subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Hosted Exchange plans vary by email storage space. The more emails you save, or if you receive lots of large attachments, the more storage space you'll need. Setup instructions for Microsoft Outlook 2003 & 2007 and Entourage 2004 & 2008 will be provided. Remote configuration services are available for an additional cost.
