Payments
Payment for hosting and design services is due in full at the time or purchase. All payments are to be made by credit card via our online web store. For customers seeking a maintenance contract for their site, payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon individually.
Copyright
All customer provided website copy will remain property of the website owner. We will insert a copyright notice at the bottom of each page in your site. For customers who wish to contract us to write copy for their site, copyright for the content we produce will transferred to the owner of the site.
Refunds
Design
If you change your mind after placing an order for our design services, you may be eligible for a refund dependent upon how far our designers have progressed in creating your site. Customers will be provided a refund in full until our designers begin work on your site. Once work has begun, and as long as we have not provided you with any site design variations to choose from, customers will receive a refund of two-thirds the purchase price. After design variations are presented to the customer, and as long your site has not been published to the web, customers will receive a refund of one-third the purchase. If your site has been published to the web, in any form be it a rough draft or final version, no refunds will be given.
Hosting
Once an order has been placed for hosting services, and prior to us providing you with your account information, customers may receive a refund in full. After your hosting account has been setup, a maximum refund of one-half the purchase price will given, based on the number of months since purchase. For every month, or partial month, after purchase, customers are eligible for less of a refund. After six months from the purchase date, no refunds will be given.
Hosted Exchange
Refunds for hosted Exchange services vary by customer, based on the number and type of Exchange mailboxes purchased. The maximum refund given for hosted Exchanged services after your email accounts have been setup is one-half the purchase. Prior to account setup, a refund in full will be given. Dependent upon the number and type of mailboxes purchased, and the number months that they are used, a lesser refund will be offered for those who wish to cancel.
